Thanks for the update yesterday. Just checking in for any progress on the control board repair for Serial No. CB-77891. Our Stedman Site is still down, and we're eager to get an updated ETA so we can plan accordingly.

Thank you for reaching out and for your continued patience.
The control board for Serial No. CB-77891 is currently in repair at our authorized service center. Our technicians have identified the fault and replacement components are being installed.
At this time, we are not able to provide a confirmed shipment ETA, as final testing and quality checks are in progress. As soon as we have an updated timeline, we will share it with you immediately.
