Source timestamps for every extracted conclusion; related client/site/ticket/queue/email thread/project links.
Consent gate: 'Recording & transcript consent confirmed' indicator; policy status allowed / restricted / blocked.
Sensitive-data screening before any AI analysis; blocked content can never become an email-draft source.
Actions: Create follow-up, Draft customer update (source-grounded, cites the meeting), Open source meeting.
Screen filters: provider, date, client/site, owner, linked queue, transcript status, action-item status.
Add 'Meeting transcript' as a source chip in the email composer — only where consent, policy, and access allow.
