Conditions: mailbox, sender/domain, recipient, subject/body keywords, labels, category, tags, priority, attachments.
Actions: label, assign, priority, archive, task/follow-up, ticket placeholder, notify, select template, request approval.
Natural-language helper that produces an editable draft rule (never auto-activates).
Safe rule test against a sample message + execution logs.
